Terms of Use

In simple terms

I share the view and path of Dzogchen and Buddhism based on my own personal experience and the lineage teachings. These are offered to assist those interested in this path in their lives. Deep spiritual practice requires a certain level of grounded psychological and emotional stability. If you are currently struggling with mental health, please consult a qualified mental health professional. I do not offer mental healthcare, medical treatment, or healing services of any kind. I share my experience of the path and the authentic teachings of Buddhism and Dzogchen. As is required in this path, I may give direct pointing, meditation advice, and clarify doubts based on my experience and the instructions from lineage masters. However, each person is fundamentally responsible for their own journey.
