View, Practice, and Mutual Understanding

I share the view and path of Dzogchen and Buddhism based on my own experience, study, and the instructions of the lineage. These teachings, writings, videos, and recorded materials are offered freely for those who are sincerely drawn to this path and wish to engage with it in their own life. Any offerings (dāna) are entirely voluntary.

Context and Conditions in Spiritual Practice
This traditional path presupposes a certain degree of stability and capacity in life and mind. Where this is not present, it is important that appropriate grounding and support are in place before engaging in intensive contemplative practice. This path is not always easy. Sincere practice may bring us into contact with difficult emotions, habitual patterns, and aspects of ourselves that we would rather avoid. Such experiences are not necessarily a sign that something is wrong, but are often part of the process of self-understanding and spiritual maturation.

My role is to share guidance, transmission, instruction and clarification of the path as it has been received within the lineage. I do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic services of any kind, and engagement with this material does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship.

Personal Responsibility
Meetings, whether individual or in groups, are informal gatherings oriented around shared practice and inquiry. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results. Each participant remains self-directed and responsible for their own health, conduct, life circumstances, and for how these teachings are integrated into their life.

If significant instability of mind or life circumstances is present, please ensure you have the appropriate grounding and support before engaging in intensive practice. If you are in immediate crisis, please seek local emergency support.
